Pricing & Payments
How much does INZAPP cost?▼
Two main tiers: INZAPP USER (Free) and INZAPP X-Pro (₹2,500/year). Expert consultations vary (₹10-50/minute). You only pay for what you use.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Cryptocurrency options coming soon.
Can I get a refund?▼
Yes. Unused services can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Refunds process within 5-7 business days.
Community & Rewards
What is the INZAPP Community Reward System?▼
A performance-based user acquisition model, NOT an MLM. Users earn rewards by directly referring paying users. All earnings are tied to real product usage and value creation.
How can I earn as a regular user?▼
Regular users earn 10% from referred X-Pro memberships. X-Pro members earn 10-20% from memberships, plus recurring revenue bonuses, plus leaderboard rewards.
What are INZ-Gems and INZ-Crystals?▼
INZ-Gems are sign-up rewards redeemable for courses and sessions. INZ-Crystals are earned through referrals and can be withdrawn to your bank account.
Can I withdraw my earnings?▼
Yes, INZ-Crystals can be withdrawn to your bank account. Minimum: 100 Crystals (₹100). Processing takes 24-48 hours.

What documents do I need to sign up?▼
Valid ID (Aadhar, PAN, Passport), proof of residence, and bank details for payment and withdrawals. KYC verification is required for all members.
Can I delete my account?▼
Yes. Request account deletion anytime. Your data is removed within 30 days, but transaction records are retained for regulatory compliance.

How is my personal data protected?▼
We use bank-grade encryption for all data. All payment information is PCI-DSS compliant. Your personal data is never shared without explicit consent.
What if I forget my password?▼
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. We'll send a password reset link to your email. Verify with the OTP sent to your mobile.
Can I use INZAPP on multiple devices?▼
Each account is single-device by default. To use multiple devices, you must register each device with INZAPP.

What is your refund policy?▼
Unused services can be refunded within 7 days. Used content is non-refundable. INZ-Gems cannot be refunded but can be used on any course.
Is INZAPP available outside India?▼
